Serenely dynamic, Radiance captures the moment when stillness turns into energy. A meditating figure, cut from an image of a peacock feather, sits in perfect calm, its sweeping magenta and plum strokes flowing up through the spine like breath rising. From the head and shoulders, holographic waves ripple outward in every direction, flashing silver, green, and violet as the light moves. Small magenta glitter lotuses bloom at each hand, and the whole scene glows against a shimmering coral pink background. It's an image of what meditation can feel like from the inside: quiet at the center, radiant all around.
Part of the paper collage Lotus Series by Hudson Valley artist Jodi Carlson, 2026. Fine Art Print, open edition. 16” x 16”
